Podcast #5, where we talk about “30 Days of Real Food.”
It will take you a couple of days to set up for a month of nutritious food, and officially we start on January 2nd, 2013. If you join later, that’s ok and you can start your 30 days at any point in January.
At the finish line of this first “’30 days of real food” we will give 3 great prizes for participation, but to be included in the draw you must have finished your 30 days by February 10th, 2013.
