You start with an individualized assessment with me, get your plan, and then we meet weekly with the accountability and support group – celebrating success, building a matrix of solid support, and overcoming difficulties together.

In studies, group work continues to show as the more effective way to create lasting change and we have seen that with our own eyes – in coaching groups and retreats!
