I love to journal on my computer or my phone, but sometimes it’s more satisfying and rewarding to put pen to paper.
That’s right, we finally have the chance to design and develop the journal that WE would want to use!

The EatMoveLive52 Journal will be based on our latest book, which features “52 Ways to Feel Better in a Week,” and more. Remember the great drawings from our friend Eli? There’s more where those came from!

Oh, a little secret?
We wrote A LOT more than 52 chapters, so there will be plenty of bonuses, too. We’ll be gently easing in snippets on healthy, low stress habit building, simple daily reminders, relaxation and meditation, plus journaling itself. 😉
When we wrote Eat Well, Move Well, Live Well, we envisioned people using the book throughout the year, and wanted them to keep track, reflect, and see how far they’ve come. I think this is going to be a great companion.
