These rosemary almond crackers have been a community favorite since we first introduced them, and continue to be one of our go-to recipes at home.
These crackers are great crisp, soft, spread with grass-fed butter, or even as bread for tiny sandwiches.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Every hostess has a secret
My secret is that I love baking recipes that have minimal ingredients.
These almond crackers can be a cracker or a cookie and have, well, 1 basic ingredient – almond flour.
They take no time to make and require absolutely nothing fancy from the home chef.
They taste amazing and no one can believe they are just almond flour…and magic, I guess?
What holds them together? Physics.
Let’s get baking!
Gluten Free Rosemary Almond Crackers
Ingredients
2 cups bleached almond flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cold water
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp fresh or 2/3 tbsp dried rosemary needles (sub other herbs if you like)
Directions
Preheat your over to 375 F.
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the oil and water and work them with your fingers into the mixture. They will fully absorb.
Spread the dough thinly (4-5 mm) over a cookie sheet oiled with olive oil.
Cut while still raw into the shapes you like. I like squares.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Easy, comforting, and 100% healthy and satisfying gluten-free almond crackers
They are especially good on a cool morning.
Or with tea.
Or when you just need a little something bready along with your protein and veggies.
Enjoy!
