Just about a week ago, at Be Well Summit, I spoke about Dynamic Aging – opening with the story of the inspiring book, and focusing on many of the key concerns my students have as they age – loss of confidence in the body, dealing with aches, pains and illness, moving with less energy available, and fitting it all in with a busy life.
At the end, I took everyone through several movements that can be done anywhere, anytime, to support balance, coordination, strength and graceful aging. I promised to video those as soon as I got home from the summit. Please see those below and enjoy your movement practice.
