Sometimes the best fitness advice is actually bad (for YOU)

Thanks for stopping by today!

There’s a lot of great fitness advice out there, but a lot of it is simply so advanced that it turns into ‘bad advice’ for many people. I’ve been one of them. Maybe you are, too.

The presentation here is one that I’ve given for several small gyms and groups, and rather than just ‘send the slides’ I decided to do the presentation with the slides in the form of a video.

Slides alone lack context and detail, so I feel this is a better way to do it.

Of course most fitness advice is well meaning, so please take this with a grain of salt. Know that what works for some may not work for you, and vice versa.

Enjoy!
